Lower your cholesterol naturally in 3 steps
Simple Exercises
I don't do heavy cardio exercise, I just don't like it. I'll jog every once in a while. The good news is, if you're interested in lowering your cholesterol, you don't have to either!
Take a walk
I'll walk for at least a mile, almost every day. Some days I'll go for a longer walk of about 3 miles. The key is to walk a little faster than a slow walk, try to get your heart rate up a bit. Walk in the neighborhood, walk in the park, or hit the trails.


Ride a bike
Take a bike ride once or twice a week. 3 miles is fine, once in a while I'll take a longer ride... 7-10 miles.
